Summary:
Responsible for multiple administrative and clerical functions in the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to: Perform extensive data entry, record-keeping, guest service inquiries, track and ensure work card compliance, assist in the supervision and guidance of the Human Resources Representatives within the department, assist and manage employment and recruitment efforts, correspondence, filing and phones. Respond to requests for employment verification. This position reviews all potential applicants for open positions and refers qualified applicants to departments for interviews; may also conduct first interviews for departments as requested.
